Firearms received for transfer need to be picked up in a timely fashion. Please refer to the applicable surcharges for firearms that are not picked up within 10 days.
- Up to 14 days = Free
- 15 – 30 days = $25.00 additional fee
- 31 – 60 days = $50.00 additional fee
- 61 – 90 days = $100.00 additional fee
- 91 – 120 days = $150.00 additional fee
- 121 – 150 days = $200.00 additional fee
- 151 – 180 days = $250.00 additional fee
Firearms not picked up within 180 days may be considered abandoned under our store policy after reasonable attempts to contact the customer. At that point, Tombstone Trading Company reserves the right to dispose of the firearm in accordance with applicable federal and Massachusetts law (including sale through our licensed inventory to recover storage and handling costs). Customers are strongly encouraged to retrieve their firearms promptly.
